It supports our movements, shapes our posture at work and during physical activity, and often reflects the tensions accumulated throughout the day.
During this one-hour workshop, you are invited to take time to care for your back and explore one of the most essential tools of self-regulation: breathing.
In a calm, intimate setting dedicated entirely to your well-being, you are gently guided through simple and accessible practices, experienced lying down, seated, and standing. These explorations help you better understand your posture, release unnecessary tension, and reconnect with your body in a more supportive way.
The intention of this workshop is awareness and alignment.
You will learn how small, conscious adjustments and simple daily gestures can support back comfort and physical ease over time.
This workshop is designed for anyone who wishes to:
